Proline Interiors are warranted to the
original retail purchaser for a period of one year (12 months) from date
living quarters is finished or the date living quarters is retail sold,
to be free from, under normal use and when all manufacturer’s
recommendations and directions are followed, defects in workmanship and
materials used in the living quarters. All appliances and/or components
are warranted by their respected manufactures. Proline Interiors
liability under the forgoing warranty is limited to repair of defects
which constitute a breach of warranty and does not assume responsibility
for loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time, inconvenience, expense for
gasoline, telephone, travel, lodging, loss or damage to personal
property, or loss of revenues. Further, Proline Interiors does not
undertake responsibility to any purchaser of its product for any
undertaking, representation or warranty made by its dealers selling its
products beyond those herein. The remedies under this warranty shall
encompass only the repair of the conversion and not that of the chassis.
Any warranties implied by law shall be limited in duration to that of
the original warranty; that is one year (12 months) from the date of
delivery to the retail owner. This warranty extends to the original
retail owner only and is not transferable. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, nor do they allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Upon discovery of
any defect covered by this warranty, the original retail customer must
notify the dealer from whom he purchased the living quarter, and Proline
Interiors of said defect. Proline Interiors and the dealer warrant that
they, or one of them, shall undertake appropriate corrective repairs in
instances of a breach of the warranty set forth above. Should it be
necessary for any warranty work to be performed by the manufacturer, at
its facilities, it will be the responsibility of the original retail
owner and not Proline Interiors to pay all freight charges to and from
the facilities of Proline Interiors. All repairs made under this
warranty will be made free of any labor or material charges when notice
of said defect is given to Proline Interiors, either by phone @ (254)
968-5733, or by mail @ Proline Interiors, P.O. Box 154, Stephenville,
Texas 76401. Should the original retail owner require service or
replacement of items not covered by warranties, it is owner’s
responsibility to pay for parts and labor to service provider. No matter
the service issue it is the retail owner’s responsibility or expense to
transport living quarters to service facility for warranty work or
non-warrantable work. Upholstery material and floor covering are not
warranted against tearing or puncture, once the original retail customer
places a living quarter in use. Air conditioner, refrigerator, stove,
furnace, and other accessories installed in living quarter, are not
covered by this warranty. However, written warranties by suppliers of
these products are provided with each new living quarter for the
convenience of clarification of the original retail owner. This
manufacturer includes with this warranty, a warranty registration card.
It is required the original retail purchaser complete this card and
return it to the manufacturer so that their warranty may be properly
validated. The return of this card is a condition precedent to warranty
coverage, and failure to mail this card to Proline Interiors will
invalidate the warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
